This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no tracking pixels. Nothing is collected unless you choose to fill in one of the two forms. Those forms collect:
Please don't paste API keys, passwords or customer records into that box. A properly stored n8n credential never appears in a workflow export, but anything typed straight into a node header does. If you send me a secret by accident, tell me and I'll delete it and confirm when it's gone.
I use it to reply to you: to write your diagnosis, or to prepare a scope and quote. Under UK GDPR the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
I will not use your address for marketing. There is no newsletter to be added to.

Content you send is not put into any third-party AI service. Where I use AI to help analyse a technical problem, confidential material is processed on my own hardware. If we go on to work together, that arrangement is set out properly in a data processing agreement.
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. If we do work together, the engagement record is kept for 6 years because tax and professional-liability rules require it, and is then deleted.
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or object to my holding it at all. Email hello@automationrescue.co.uk and I will deal with it within one month, usually the same week.
If you are not happy with how I have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would rather you told me first so I can put it right.
If this notice changes materially I will update the date at the top. There is no archive to check, because there is nothing here worth burying.
